Paul Ryan

Paul is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.  During his career he has held senior level financial positions with Johnson & Johnson where he began his accounting career and Cirio Del Monte where he was Financial Controller, Group Planning & Analysis Manager and finally Group Financial Systems Manager.  During his career he has been responsible for the recruitment, training and development of finance teams.  paul@rdfr.co.uk

Geoff Dowling

Geoff is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has over 20 years of senior financial management experience gained in medium sized to multi national corporations including House of Fraser, Procter & Gamble and Marsh Inc.  At various stages he was responsible for all aspects of financial and management accounting, financial control, planning, tax and recruitment of financial staff. geoff@rdfr.co.uk
