Expanding Windsor based practice have a requirement for an experienced bookkeeper with several years payroll experience. The key duties involve preparation of accounts to at least Trial balance stage including processing of sales and purchase invoices, reconciliation of purchase and sales ledgers, bank and other control account reconciliations, Vat returns, preparation and administration of weekly and monthly client payrolls. The payroll duties will account for approx. 20% of your time.
You must have excellent communication skills, experience of Sage and Quickbooks and the confidence to deal with and communicate with clients.
